I like to use pokerdominator.com to track my sessions. I don't know if that's what you want to track... and you do have to enter the data manually... but it's worth checking out because it generates informative reports. You'll know where your making or losing the most money (tournaments, cash games, etc...) It also tracks your bankroll.
