Empire poker brings christmas early (aka potential 100% max 500 match bonus)
Was just reading a few posts on 2+2 and stumbled across a bonus/reload code MATCHBONUSEP which will give you a 100% bonus on a max $500 deposit new account or reload..
EDIT: [ScottyZ] This bonus code is no longer being honoured by Empire Poker.
I just put in my five smackers and now have 2500 raked hands to play to clear it..
Now.. This is one sweet bonus code.. but I highly doubt that empire meant for it to become common knowledge so there is a potential for them to revoke the bonus offer.. buyer beware...
Link to the 2+2 thread that started it all..

only 788 more raked hands to play..
I sent an email to Empire, I wonder what they will say.
Due to a system error, an erroneous bonus transaction was credited to your account. This bonus transaction has been reversed as of now.
We apologize for the error and would like to assure you that corrective actions have been taken for the error not to repeat.
To make up for this, we are pleased to award you with ‘HOTSEP’, a 10% up to $100 bonus. This bonus will be directly released into your account in the next 3 hours and its value will depend on your last deposit amount. You don't need to play raked hands or deposit again for the bonus to be released into your account.
For more information on endless, non-stop events and promotions taking place on Empire Poker, check the News & Events section of our website.
See you at the tables,

They've got a 10% max $100 bonus right now HOTSEP but it's 7x the bonus in raked hands.. So you may wanna consider going for it unless you had other bonus' you were eyeballing.
Except that they credit 10% based on your last deposit ($500 for everyone who tried the match bonus), so you get $50 instead of $100 :banghead:
