If the pic is from the web just right click it and get the address and copy it to the clipboard (rt click and highlight the address, right click and chose copy from the menu).
Go to your post and find the little little mountain above in the tools of your message (says insert image if you hover over it). Click on it and enter the address of the picture in the box and voila!
If the pic is from your pc you need to get it on the web. Create an account at Photobucket.com and upload the pic to your account. Once it is done it will display the address for it below the pic. Copy the address and post it in your post same as above.
You may not be set up advanced editing. You can do that through the user User CP on your PF.ca account.
It really needs a lick.
