Just play on a new site Cole.
2. Include that you did not know what you were doing was wrong but now that you do you will never do it again.

i live with friends who also play online poker. since we live together, we share the same ip address. does that mean that one or all of us could get banned? (i.e. it might look like one of us has more than one ps account for example). i'm not quite sure how this works. should i be worried?
Do you have any reason to believe that would work Caddy?
I am not saying whether it is true or not in this case (can't say I deeply care), but in situations like these it is up to the player to prove their case and that is generally difficult when using variations of the friend did it/ I did not know it was stolen etc type of excuse.
Also from Stars perspective (especially since no money is at issue here) a customer involved in these types of situations is not among those they regard as significantly important so reinstating them will never be a priority. The reasoning for this is that often times the same people manage to get themselves in these situations over and over.
Their account creation area is automated and may or may not check based on lifetime banned IPs/info upon creation. If you can deposit and play then keep in mind you never know if and when they may discover the ban and take actions. I doubt they would take your money, but I guess there is some risk.
Creating and playing an account using someone else's information obviously comes with similar risks and limitations (ie: what if you somehow get lucky and win an EQP/WSOP entry in that person's account).
I know full tilit does no matter what on your first cashout.
None other simple straightforward communicaton is usually the best place to start. It is also a better situation to try all legal avenues to get re-instated before he starts playing on other people accounts.
