I recommend reading Lee Jones or Ed Miller's book. Unless these hand histories you've posted are an aberration of your normal play, it will help you a great deal.

I hate your play on every single street on this hand aside from the pre-flop limp.

Flop: There is a flush draw that will kill your trips present. Bet the pot.
Turn: You made the miracle card and you are only going to call $2 ? Waste.
River: $3 into a $9 pot. Terrible.

If you want to become a better poker player, do the required reading or else you are going to find yourself losing $$$.
