i read on ftp, it's a free service, that mean no charge (for real?)
it available for canadian only.

It takes a long time to built your limits. I think they start you off at a $200 limit per 7 days. After 1 year I"m up to $1000./7 days. I don't use it much because moneybookers is so much better.
