Okay, this is bugging me..

what are those little happy faces ??

Some kind of promotion ?

    Was going to ask the same thing. Nothing happens when you click on those things.

    Just found out that they are "muted chats" Supposdly the happy faces have earmuffs on them. Didn't notice that.

    what is a muted chat ?

    That just means the person is not allowed to chat in the chat box (basically just don't try to start a conversation with them or get offended when they don't reply because the software blocks them from doing it)
