  • Check this out All Vegas Poker

To give you everything you need to know.

For $500 you can play a nice deep stack tourney at any of the top notch rooms:

    Bellagio
    Ceasars
    Venetian
    Wynn

Have fun and save some $$$$ for Xmas presents.
  • By far the best value tournaments in Vegas are at Caesars.

7:00 PM ($150) and Noon ($200) with 40 minute blinds.

If you are looking for good deepstack, try the Venetian $300 daily.

I generally try to avoid the Bellagio for 2 reasons
    1) Daily $500 (1K on Fri / Sat) usually only get 25-30 runners, paying only top 3.
    2) Weaker players tend to play next door (Caesars).
  • Heard the Planet Hollywood Grinder bounty tourney aint too bad.
  • Thanks for the input guys, played at Caesars and like it plus will be staying there as well so will definately play there again.

Bellagio only gets 30 people or so? hmm

Anyone know of higher buy ins with more people?

    Play the Venetian deep stack.
  • According to http://www.pokertournamentformula.com/las_vegas_poker_tournaments.htm, the best tournaments are (all Skill Level 6):

    - Caesars $200, noon; $330 on Saturday noon
    - Venetian $330, noon
    - Wynn $330, noon
    - Binion's UPC $340, 4 PM.

I look forward to your tournament report.
  • Caesars offered the best bang for the buck, imo...i was there in May..i tried the 300 at the Venetian..only 18 players, so it was like a sit and go..made the "finaltable'' and busted out in 7th ..paid to 4 if i remember correctly...if you are looking for smaller stakes the MGM Grand offered a morning 60, and an evening 100...i played both, decent blind structure and they were well run...and not a bad room..although Caesers was real nice....
  • just now leafing through the new issue of Cardplayer magazine..the Venetian ad says that the noon tourneys are 130 plus 15..starting chips 6000, additional 1500 for 5$ staff bonus...looks like the 300 is gone...should get more players..
  • anyone play $200+ buy in with 60 people or more?
  • Caesars, Noon, $200 - 50-80 players during week days.

Venetian tourney is rammed on Fridays.
