Toronto Tournament

I am looking for interested parties for a Tournament I am planning to run in Downtorn Toronto. The tournament will be limited to 60-65 players. The format will be as follows:
$150 buy in - includes buffet and open bar*.
Double chance freezeout with 1 add-on ($100)
Players will start with 1000 in chips, if you loose your chips within the first hour, you will receive another 1000. At the end of the first hour, if you have not used your double chance option you will receive another 1000. All players still in the tournament at this point will have the option of an add-on for $100 (2000 chips) The tournament will then go to a freezeout.
Antes will go up every 30 minutes.
Ante Structure:
0-30 mins - 25/50
30-60 mins - 50/100
10 MIN BREAK (add-ons etc)
60-90 mins - 100/200
90-120mins - 200/400
5 MIN BREAK
120-150 mins - 25/300/600
150-180 mins - 50/400/800
10 MIN BREAK
180-210 mins - 100/500/1000
210-240 mins - 200/1000/2000
5 MIN BREAK
240-270 mins - 400/2000/4000
270-300 mins - 500/4000/8000
If the tournament is still running at this point, antes will double every half an hour.
Assuming 60 players the payouts will be as follows:
1st - 40%
2nd - 22%
3rd - 15%
4th - 11%
5th - 7%
6th - 5%

*Please note, as there will be an open bar - strictly over 19's only.
