Comments
i will be watching it all, looking forward to yelling at my tv about the wonky plays i am sure to see
I think I was a little hard on the woman in the very first episode, but oh well. You can take the guy out of Poker Night Live, but you can't take the Poker Night Live out of the guy I guess! Old habits die hard. I must admit that it is harder to berate people's play when you can actually see what they look like... much easier to ridicule faceless anonymous screenames.
Thanks for watching, hope you enjoy the rest of the series. It was interesting to work on... I didn't actually see any of the footage before I did the commentary so it's all off the top of my head, and the info. I had was more or less what you can see on the screen in real time.
GL all.
Good questions... I didn't have any more info than you did, so whenever I was shocked by a person's play, I would express my surprise but then point out that they might have been incredibly desperately short-stacked, just in case the player in question is sitting at home screaming "I ONLY HAD TWO BIG BLINDS" at the TV.
I watched the 1st episode, caught the last 5minutes of the 2nd.
I found it quite boring, is it just me or what?
other than that, good having all_aces do the
commentary
I think the show lack boobies
is Jennifer Tilley available for guest something
or HSP waitresses
$100k for first (and seat in $10k WSOP main event), $10k for second and I think third gets $5k; unfortunately this is more than likely the last year for Degree and your chances of getting in were less than 54/25000. Season III is more or less a best of as the first two season final table players got invited back.
Nice job and I know I talk a lot, trying to take the commentating away from you haha

very true; don't you think you would have killed these tables... I love the comments from last year's champion who said he played a lot more aggressive this year... please...
I really didn't pick up that many hands and it was much harder for me to go "do I want to commit 1/3 of my chips with garbage."
I wait 5 hours for that perfect situation to come up where I had AQ vs K9 vs KQ, what they didn't sound up was that I talked the guy into calling so he could eliminate both of us, hoping for the triple up and then I could have had a chance heads up.
Oh well, what can you do.
But isn't that the whole idea of bluffing?
who do you guys want to win?
I watched the finale back... thought it was pretty cool that the million dollar hand started with Ts Js Qs Ks...
I noticed when the blinds went to 50k/100k that nobody at the table had 10BB (someone was just under 1M in chips).
Being as I could not get a real read on how the table was playing, it seemed to me that it quickly became a crapshoot.
Did enjoy the 4 to a str8 flush though...:)
