Casino Windsor Trip Report

The poker room has been expanded a bit since the last time I was there. I've been several times and never run into the moving button rule there before, which to my knowledge isn't used at any other Ontario casino.

So that was a bit weird. Sat afternoon and the room was relatively quiet. We called ahead after picking up our new table in Windsor, had lunch and got seated within 10 min. of arriving at the poker room.

Limit is definitely dying out. The table was spreading one 3/6 limit game, a couple $1/2 100 max and a couple $2/5 200 max - how stupid is 200 max on $2/5? Assinine.

Finished the day down $81 on $3/6 and MMoose was up $125 on $1/2 nl. So we paid for some of our gas at any rate.

Dealers were decent and it is a nice enclosed room with lots of TV's, showing mostly Detroit sports.

Floor was extremely nice. I heard they are changing their name to Caesar's at Windsor so I asked for a rack of uncirculated white. They even called down to the vault looking for chips for me but alas, there were none. Not even some red, just missed getting those as they brought new ones in only a few weeks ago.

These were the best two I could find. Nice chips.
