Comeback stories ...

I've often thought that the saying "a chip and a chair" was a great saying and a good one to live by when playing poker.

Does anyone else have some stories about great comebacks? I'd love to hear about them. I've included mine that prompted this post.

  • I remember a while back stpboy posted about coming back to win from (IIRC) 60 chips. That blows your 70 out of the water. Haha, jk... great comeback.

  • my nickname is the comeback kid

quite a few times from around your chip stack size i came back to either win or finish in the money in a sit ngo, tourny's the odd time i get down low but manage to finish in the money.
  • I really do believe in 'a chip & a chair'. Many times I've made some amazing comebacks. Of course, when all you have is 1 BB, you have to get lucky as the 1st few times you're all-in you will be called.
