Anyone in here do any Salmon fishing during the Fall?

I went out to Bronte Pier [Oakville] last night and got into a 21 lbs 6 ozer

    Oh, very nice fish!! I usually head up to Owen Sound for the run, but haven't made it up for a couple of years. Caught the last one on a fly...never go back to spinning gear again.

    Nice catch man! You let her go? I mostly fish muskies in the Kawartha's. Fished Georgian bay and tribituarires many times, moon, french etc..couple of fly-in's and so on. Heading up after the Labour day weekend for a few days. Mainly targeting muskies..but Walleye,sm lm it's all good...maybe post some pics. Nice thread and congrats.

    I practiced Catch and Release with this girl, she was full of eggs so i let her go... I dont keep much from Hamilton area, Lake Ontario isnt the cleanest of the great lakes.. Heading out again tonight! its going to be a looong week.
