NFL Handicapping Contest
NFL Handingcapping Contest
• Players start with $10, 000.00 in a bankroll.
• Players can enter twice 50.00 entry per entry.
• Contest starts with Opening day in the NFL.
• Contest ends when the final whistle blows Super Bowl.
• Players can bet as much as they want one game at a time against the point spread.
• Player with the most in their bankroll at the end of the Super Bowl will be declared the winner.
• We will use the Roxy line on Thursdays, it can be found in the Toronto Sun.
• Single games bets only. No parlay bets.
• There is juice involved when you make your bets with each loss and the juice will be reflected in your total each week.
• Players do not have to make any picks, even all season long if they choose.
• Players need to PM or email me to confirm if they are in the contest. Players will have until the end of week 2 to get the money in for the contest.
• Once a player has registered, they will be given an email address for this contest. It will include the time of the email so players will have right up until kickoff to get a pick in.
• The email is the final say and will solve any disputes so all emails will be saved until the send of the season.
• List of bankrolls will be made available at the start of every week on this site. (Wednesday of every week)
• Once a player is out of money they will be out of the contest.
• Minimum bet is 50.00 and the maximum bet is as much as your account will allow and you have to build in the juice in case you loose. ie if you only have 50.00 you cannot pay the juice so you will be finish. Also the max bet you can make first week is 9000.00, the juice will be 900.00.

• 2 - 15 players winner take all
• 16-25 players 1st 65% 2nd 35%
• 26- or more players then 1st 50% 2nd 30% 3rd 20%
• players have until September 3rd to registered

I second that. You should be able to pick all the games if you want or none at all. Some weeks will offer a great Sunday game plus a great monday game.
definitely open for input, if you want to start with 10K in your account and who what ever the total is by the end of the superbowl I am ok with that, I just don't want to get into a full fledge sportsbook. I would even go for a 100.00 per person and do a winner take all format. Just have to come up with a time fram to get picks in by. Does this mean I can put you guys on the list?

Also, one thing that came up when I was talking to my buddy was, do you have to have a pick every week? Or could we have something where you have to have a certain number of picks over the course of the season, with room for a person to take a couple weeks off in case they are away or whatever. Just a thought.

Yes that is correct Joe. You can bet as many games in a week as you want at -1.10 per hundred. ie week one Colts -5.5 at 2 dimes or all the dogs at 100.00.
The max games refers to the Super bowl bet if you choose to make it. the max you can bet is 600.00 total. one team or spread it out over several teams and you would get those odds you bet x the number posted.Cleveland Browns 125/1 = 125 x 100 = 12,500.00
