Advice for new B&M player

If you win at a S&G are you supposed to tip the dealer? I have heard that you are supposed to, but what if the dealer changes? Are you supposed to find them and tip them all? How much do you tip? Not sure what the etiquitte here is, would appreciate some advice.

    If yer playing at an ontario casino, tips are pooled so it doesnt matter.

    When I hit the BBJ in Chicago, I just asked a waiting dealer what the usual tip % was when it was hit and who should get it.. I actually said 5% and his eyes bugged out a bit (so I guess I was a little high when I tipped 10) and to just give it to the dealer that delt it.
