Skill level and Patience factor?

What is the formula of calculating both Skill level and Patience factor? I'm assuming it involves the blind structure, starting chips and level duration. Just curious how its calculated. Blondefish? Prophet22? Zithal? Anyone?

Are there any other calculators that take into consideration smaller max table size [6 or 8 for instance] and self-dealt vs dealer?

Is there a particular format that one can use to figure these out for themselves or write a similar excel calculator? For instance, I know the game I go to gets about 26 hands per hour vs a dealer getting around 30 [regardless of table size] but it takes number of players for the blind-out portion of the calculation.

Your game does not get 30 hand/hr..it isn't even close.
