geesh just a tip as ive made over 300.00 there in 3 days

but i wont post the casino name--i see true poker is allowed to be listed

    This is a moderated forum. Posts can moved or deleted by the admin/moderators for whatever reason, and will possibly be done so without explanation.

    By means of general explanation for this case, there is a very fine line between recommending a site, and advertising it. A close call is going to be moved to the Advertising section.

    By definition, a moderated forum will contain some amount of censorship. Please be careful that you know all of the facts before issuing blanket statements about whether or not there is "too much censorship" here. For example, actually knowing which posts have or have not been deleted is a good start.

    Also, I would say I have personally deleted around 20 posts or less during the enitre lifetime of the forum. (Though, I have *moved* considerably more posts than that.) I'll let you crunch the numbers and decide on whether that's too much censorship for you.

    In some sense, I'm glad to get a few of these ideas (censorship, moderating, etc) out in the open, since I've gotten the odd comment now and then like "Why was my post moved to Advertising?" or similar.

    There are a lot of close calls with what is or isn't advertising, and what is or isn't offensive, and I (and the other mods/admins) aren't going to be perfect in these judgements. I'll normally try my best to not delete posts, but from time to time I do come across things I don't think are appropriate. Again, there is a huge amount of judgement and personal feelings involved, and I realize that I'm going to make decisions now and then that some people don't care for.

    I'm afraid I probably have singled you out unfairly in trying to make some general points about it here. I appologize if you feel you have been mistreated here, and hopefully you have no hard feelings about it.
