This hand was very strange to me, I knew the calling station would dump his chips in the middle regardless of what the board read. This maniac is in for $150 already, so it was not so strange for him to do what he did.
As for the other guy, maybe it was unlucky but I think he could have gotten away from this hand. He played very tight, and was taking calling stations money.

Strongly agree.
Calling pre-flop with this hand is a weak play. You are asking to play a multi-way pot out of position with a marginal hand.
Raise Pre-flop and control the pot if you find yourself heads up with the maniac.
You'll get better opportunities against him when you have position.
