Finnally, compounding ALL the names/pins that have been collected that are owed CPF or bounties.

A reminder, supremepoker.com is no longer our "official" poker room due to various reasons. Solarpoker.com is now an option to have your CPF dollars sent to. I am very sorry again for the delays and thanks for all your patience. (ie Hobbes, Canadadave etc etc etc)

benefits of solarpoker:

rakeback is instant...it accumulates in your account and you just press "deposit my rakeback"...no waiting for it.

create private tables on the fly with or without password protection

more to come/

:D Good to hear! Are there any deposit bonuses we should use when opening a solarpoker.com account? Is solarpoker.com affiliated with Sunpoker.com at all?
  • I'm not looking to be a pain in the ass here but...

I just downloaded the client to have a look and there were 112 players logged in. 11 at the cash tables and the rest were playing freerolls.

Is there any point to getting money on a site where there is no action?
  • This looks like a new site that is getting off the ground and it can take awhile to reach critical mass.

On a positive note, I've heard that playing a site when it first launches, is easy pickings because they tend to attract more fish than sharks early on. Only risk with a new site is the depositing... but if we are getting free money.. no need to worry there. :D

Hey, I resemble that remark :). I downloaded the program today and played in the $25 freeroll. I ended up in 5th place and ended up winning a whopping $1.75 ;).
  • gonna try downloading it now. Been a while since I had time to post around here. Wanted everyone to know I'm back. Hopefully this new site runs smoothly.
  • Sloth, can you verify that the CPFs will be on solarpoker.com and not SUNPOKER.com? It just seems weird that this site would both be sponsored by SUN and SOLAR poker...

    Thanks.
  • Maybe PokerStars will sign up too.
  • Yay, got my bounties today.

Thanks Sloth for all your work on this.
  • Bounties? What are these bounties you are referring to?
  • The bounties were from the old sunday games that we played on Supreme.

Oh... cool. Did you sign up with solarpoker and were they deposited there?
  • As soon as I transfer it to my moneybookers account, I'll be signing up.

How do we get the 50% rakeback they advertise on the solarpoker website?

Sloth - is there a deposit or signup code we should use as CPF members?
  • Just curious. I haven't signed up to solar yet, but I tend not to sign up to new sites as I have so limited time just for the sites I'm on. How do you find that site? Is it worth investigating?

I just signed up now, so I'll let you know tomorrow. I think a couple people have accounts already perhaps they can share their opinions on it.

Somebody posted that it has very few users... we'll see if that gets any better going forward.

From what I've seen so far... there are definitely a desperate need for users; and the ones there are all in sit n gos, or freerolls.

It appears all of the players are in lower limit tables, so it shouldn't be to hard finding action as long as you aren't looking for medium to high limits.
