I have a friend who is having a problem with a poker site due to a misunderstaning. Anyhow, i remember seeing a thread or post here that talked about someone who helps players settle dispute with poker sites. Does anyone know where that post is or have further info? Thanks.

I read in all in magazine about a non profit company that does pretty much what you're looking for. I couldn't find the article online, but the company is called eCOGRA.
