Trouble logging in at Pacific Poker

Sorry if this is a stupid thread, but i dont know where to ask.
For the past couple of days its taking me a very very long time to log on, the "establishing best connection" window just keeps running. Is this happening to you guys too? if so, Anyone know the reason why?

last night I tried to enter their $5 tournament at midnight and couldn't establish a connection at all. it would accept my password, but then would show the "establishing a connection" screen forever. I exited and retried several times without success. I was able to connect much later, but by that time I just wanted to go to bed. I hadn't been on there for a few days prior so I don't know if this has been happening often.

This has happened to me as well. I've always been able to get on after retrying a couple times or waiting a minute though.

I would stay away from Pacific altogether for a while. I used to be their biggest supporter, but lately, it seems like they're having real problems.

Recently, a glitch in their software took my $11.00 for a NL-SNG, but never entered me in the tournament. I E-mailed their support, and got a message that it took up to 72 hours to look at calls "due to the popularity of Pacific poker" or something like that. I gave them 10 days, and never got a response, so I sent another, slightly less friendly, E-mail and still haven't hear from them. That was over a week ago.

They used to have great customer support. I'm thinking that they might be having some problems, and I'm going to take most of my money out, in case they fold and take it with them...
