I was thinking about trying to satellite into the main event. I haven't heard about any satellites for the other tournaments. Do you know if there will be any? The buy ins are a little over my head, but satelliting in is a definite possiblity for me. I couldn't find too much information on the event, hopefully as it gets closer to May the river rock will have more info on there site about it.
I was just looking at the River Rock's Tournament Schedule. I see that for The "Johnny Chan Poker Classic" There are 5 events. One $550 NL Hold 'em and Three $1100 tournaments (6 max NL Hold 'em, Pot Limit Hold 'em and Pot limit Omaha). Also the $2700 Main Event. There’s been daily satellites since March 1st from 5pm to 11pm. There are single table $120 ($550 NL and $1100 Winners Choice) and $290 Main Event Satellites. The site does not say however when the different satellites will be held, i guess a quick phone call can settle that.
