WSOP ME Seat Challenge
With March Madness just around the corner I thought I would see if any others were interested in something I saw last year. On another sports forum a group of guys basically put together a WSOP group, the goal was that each would fund their own sports account with $110 and as a group discuss and vote on 1 game to wager on and keep rolling it over (7 games in all) and if they hit all 7 games correctly that $110 would get them a seat each into the WSOP Main Event. I am going to try and same thing and would like to hear from anyone else that is interested. Mind you this in not for the weak of heart as the wagers 6 and 7 (if we make it that far) would be $2800 and $5300 roughly.
Assuming $110 to win $100 (standard vig but many books can be found lower)

Basically in their selection thread they would post screen shots of wager ticket to the rest of the group. The group as a whole must agree on the pick and any one player can veto it.
While the bracket isn't out yet, but judging from some teams that won't make the madness, this year's bracket might not have as many clear cut games that all 7 players will agree on beyond the first and second one.
I would definitely be interested but I will only be taking the money since I have another year to go before I can play the ME.
Westside.. Even if we are unable to find 7 games in the NCAA we could stretch it to NBA and other sports. The WSOP isn't til the summer so patience is a big part of this as is the willingness to keep that in a separate account and consider it for what it is and thats a true gamble to turn 110 into a WSOP Seat.
Actyper... Skybook is a good book but what are their limits?

You could always play the double up game playing blackjack/craps?
No problem... will do.. I would like Joe's thread to be used for discussion for those that are in our group only so it doesn't get cluttered. We can use this for everything else. Good luck throughout the tourney for those playing it.
Pushed on Game 5 earlier today (Tottenham -1 -108)
