Limit Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo - Was I right to try for the Lo?

In this hand I was only playing for the Lo but figured it was good for 1/2 the pot and with the action I'd be doubling up with only the lo.

    378 is a pretty bad hand I'd usually fold to the completion on third street, but here it doesn't look like anyone else is going low so it's fine. 4th seems close between just going ahead and jamming right there or calling to keep people in. It doesn't really look like anyone else has even 3 to a low though and you have next to no high potential so calling seems right.

    Yeah I was wondering if I should have folded off the complete or stay that was the real question.

    Once I hit another lo on 4th I knew I was staying and was trying to keep others around until I made the lo and then fire my chips in the middle.

    Hitting the two pair on 7th and scooping was a bonus.
