  • Thanks.

I just came out of a huge downswing myself. I had forgotten this one:

Given then that a dollar saved is the same as a dollar won

I think this came from Lee Jones?

  • after reading it.
i find it so true, once bad thing happen, it just keep coming.
alot of time, I could probly save myself, but I end up donk out, because i am trying to convience myself, "i am not that unlucky"
it happen so many times, after i click "all-In", then this "sudden feeling" of "XX". When the cards turn over, It's always what i fear the most.
Being stupid, I just keep on dig in.
I need to learn, when to take break, and then back to play some good poker.
My biggest problem are "cannot stop playing, when i'm on tilt"
When i get my big hand crack, and burst out of tournment.
Intead of take a break. I fire up few more tournments.(of course, I lose them too)
    Thanks for the article.

I believe it was Mike Caro, or at least that's where I first read it. It's in his Mike Caro University Notes in Supersystem II I believe.
