I hadn't received my latest issue of CPP so I e-mailed them last Thursday. They Federal Expressed/Purolated it to me that day and I received it the following day (Friday). Not bad From BC to Oakville, Ont. I just wanted everyone who didn't know already how well CPP treats their customers.

To contradict your post, I have not yet received my CPP. I emailed them last week and I still haven't received my copy. Instead of taking responsibility of sending it bulk mail, they have blamed Canada Post. Not impressed.

I emailed them as I didn't receive my mag this month.

I got a reply within 2 hours (this was on sunday afternoon), apologetic and saying that this was their first month with bulk mail and it has been a nightmare.

Mine should be arriving any day now.

Well, I suppose it's comforting that I'm not the only one with a problem, but still a bit frustrating that I haven't got my copy either.

Still waiting on mine too... sigh. I'm out of town for another couplle days, so I'll let get ahold of them when I get back.

I think the most dissapointing thing about all this is that paid subscribers are hearing about free copies being distributed around casinos weeks before we get ours.

when I was down in Atlantic City, they had Card Player magazine available at the Borgata for free, so I guess that's industry standard...
