Screen Video & Audio Capture Software?

Hey all,

Anyone know of a good FREE audio/video screen capture program? If I want to make a video of me playing online poker or if I want to record streaming flash with sound how do I do that?

Have found some that cost lots of cash (like Camtasia Studio) but Im checking if anyone out there has a free one they can suggest to me. Thanks.

(or PM me if you say...want to lend me a crack or something...!!)

    Oh hey cool, thanks...had not come across that one yet.

    Do you have a free copy or did you pay the $40?

    Wondering about the limitations of the free one if you know (time based or lacking functionality based)

    Oh one more thing: does the "Screen Recorder" only save the video but NO AUDIO or what?

    I want the speaker audio to be captured as well....or is that what the "Video Recorder" is for?

    Found out the "Video Recorder" worked great w/ Audio. The "Screen Recorder" was not producing any audio for me....looks like its $29.
