    I believe that Poker Stars keeps a blog on the players that they send as well.

    Good luck also to forum member Animaux and her friend, who are also staying at the Atlantis resort after winning the $12,000 WPT package. They both placed in the top 20% of the WPT "Battle for the Season Pass" tournament just last month at the same resort.

    Hey guys I start today in a couple hours. The best place for live updates on me might be http://www.pocketfives.com/live/. I'll try to make sure I point myself out to one of their guys so that they keep an eye on me. I'll post an update on the blog at the end of the day, and probably x-post here. I dunno about security escorting me to the cashier's window, but they did "escort" me to my room Thursday night after the Pokerstars cocktail party. Wish me luck!

    Were you getting drunk and rowdy? Or was it just a big win after playing rock/paper/scissors at the cocktail party? LOL

    Frustrating day but still alive

    Joe Pelton bluffed off half his stack to me in a blind battle in level 1 when I flopped trips with top kicker and he tried to bluff me. So I quickly had over 30K but then everything went wrong and I slowly bled chips down finishing the day at 16.1K. The good news is at least I'm still in, but it was an incredibly frustrating day overall. My table was quite tough with no really bad fish and several strong players. I'll probably try to write a full report later tonight.
