Sunpoker's Promotion
This clause in the Sunpoker terms and conditions of the "sick" promotions really turns me off.
8.If for whatever reason SunPoker.com is no longer able to host this Promotion, NO winners will be named, NO prizes will be awarded, and SunPoker.com will not be liable for ANY damages that entrants may suffer.
Considering the fact that you would have to play your ass off at the site for 6 months to finish in the top 100, the possibility that they will just not pay out because they can no longer host the promotion doesn't sound too appealing? Is this standard amongst most promotions that sites host? Comments?
