Small Claims Court Question

Does anyone know if there is time limitation on a small claims court application? I had a problem with a rental car a few months back and haven't heard anything from the rental company. How long does the rental company have to file a claim in small claims court after the incident? I would think they can only file the claim within a certain window. Any thoughts? Cheers.

I believe the limitations are 2 years from the anniversary date. You can get more info from the following link as well.
