IM new to pokerstars I wanna know what the deal with stars above some people name. Does that mean they are a pro or somethin?

    I think it means that they are only play money on the .NET or something.

    I'm pretty sure it means that they dowloaded the client via pokerstars.net as well.

    .Net version is limited to play $$ and no icon pictures.
    .Com version is unrestricted, real and play cash with the ability to add goofy favorite pictures of your pets...lol

    It means they play a lot of poker and are considered "VIP"s
