I get booted for being Canadian

I used to play a fair bit a bet hold'em since I got 58% rakeback. However they have been bought by Bodog and I am now banished as of November 15.

Now I know how the Americans feel. However they have transferred all my info to Bowmans so I can still bet. I did transfer my money out prior to this as I didn't need my $500 going missing in cyberspace.

    Does anyone know why Bodog does not allow Canadians? Don't mean to hijack your thread but I was always curious and my google results don't seem to answer my question.

    to the best of my knowledge Bodog is a Canadian Based Company (CBC). They don't want to run into any problems by allowing Canadians to gamble.
