US Banning and effect on Tourney's

Now that US players are falling off the radar screen at a lot of poker sites, what effect will this have at the WPT and WSOP events? Will the WSOP now be filled with European players or will the numbers dramatically fall off? What is your opinions??

    Harrah's has announced that they will not take entries from online sites for the WSOP.

    I had a discussion yesterday with Mike Paulle. It's pure guesswork, I think, but I picked the main event at 3800 and he picked 4000.

    WPT less effected since a lot of the WPT venues will still accept online qualifiers. And, there are less in the WPT to begin with.

    I think that they said no 3rd party registrations. I think the online sites will find a way around this by purchasing the seat and then "SELLING" it to the winner.

    Just my take on it (6500 next year)
