    I use isqsolution.com. Canadian funds are 7.95 a month and the main reason I'm hosting there is that I needed .NET support.

    I use a free host at http://syxe.com

    They give you all the features, generous allotments of space and bandwidth and no ads.

    FTP access, php, mysql, everything. The only bad thing I can say is you're only allowed one account.

    My websites have been hosted by 1and1.com for the past couple of years. I think their free promotion will be over soon, so I may have to start looking too.

    I use doteasy for most of my sites. $25 or so a year.
