Is online gambling illegal in Canada...specifically Ontario? Whats the scoop on this issue? If you are getting funds deposited to bank account by neteller or firepay due to winnings by online poker...is it against the law?

    In no way shape or form. That law was passed ONLY in the US, and does not make playing online illegal, it simply attempts to stop banks from processing transactions to off shore gaming sites.

    There are a million sites to find information on this, the 2+2 legislation forum is a good place to start.
