Which online sites are good?

I guess my question is kind of 2 part. I live in Canada and want to try online poker, but first I'd like to play for fake money to practicem and then afterwards for real money. So what online poker place would you recommend? Thanks

    all sites have play money. pokerstars is IMHO the best site for online poker.

    Two TOTALLY different games...play vs real. If you want to practise, play real money micro levels, it would be much better practise than playing play games.

    hi, I just installed that program from pokerstars but I don't know how to play it. This might sound like a stupid question, but I don't know how to create a table. And whenever I try to join someone else's table, there's a minimum requirement of 4000 chips and I only have 1000 to start.

    Being a newbie myself and having gone thru the whole thing, definitely play micro limits in popular rooms like Party Poker or Pokerstars etc to get your feet wet. I'll stay away from play money as it is easy to pick up bad habits.. better to read up some decent poker books before u start.
    Don't forget to get/check out the numerous referral sites to get extra gifts/$$ when u first join.
    my 2 cents worth..
    I personally like Party Poker best esp now with mico limits and i have since tried 7 popular rooms..
