Tracking play at B&M casios

I have just recently started to spend more time playing at B&M casinos (man I love the late night drunks at BCC) and would love any suggestions on how to track my play similar to online.

Other that $ won (or lost ) and the hours played, what other stats do you track?
Do you write down hands for review after?
Do you take any notes during/after the session?

I've toyed with this idea too, I just think it would be too weird (and would give away to the other players that you know what you are doing) to write notes about a hand while at the table.

So...write about them after the hand (the next time you fold) if you aren't a player that maintains an eye on all of your opponents all of the time. I wrote down every hand I played at the WSOP Event #1.
