To be honest on their support forum it does the same thing which tells me that most likely this is how it functions.. Ill ask anyways if there is something better because yeah kind of silly way to do it

trigs Numbered lists button wasn't working for me. When I clicked on the icon for it, it creates a "1." but when I hit enter to continue the list, it doesn't.

It looks like this is the default and they are working on improving it but no idea when!!

Guys sorry. Seems by adding an IP6 address to the server to make it better it seems to have caused a different problem. The email server I am sending email out form requires a list of trusted IP address that can relay email out through it. The relay server has the IP4 address of pokerforum server and has worked forever but when I added an IP6 address to the server it seems like the two servers decided to use the newer address to communicate and the IP6 address was not on the allow list. So every time it went to send an email it errored out.. And then worst problem was I was getting no emails from the server telling me there was an issue.

It should be solved now if any issue please feel free to email me at steve @ main . nu (remove the spaces, they were added so email address is not scrapable by bots)

Getting the error a ton here too.
Seems to be related to quoted posts.

In the quotes, the quoted user's name shows up as (unknown)

(the forum software is probably tired of the politics thread... 😆 )

edit - got the error again posting this message. So not quotes specific.

Sorry Guys hosting company changed my IP address in an emergency move of the servers! Should be corrected again!

Feature request... an option on every thread to "Hide Discussion". And a way to view hidden discussions such that you could undo any hide action.

It is possible but if you ignore a discussion it will only remove it from the discussion view. If you have the category view as your default view this won't work.

Open any category view from the side menu and you should see all the discussions for that category even if you ignored some. You can tell they are ignored because there is a crossed out eye on the discussion icon. If you want to you can "Unignore"

Fyi for anyone else seeking this functionality, you just need to switch to Desktop mode and it can be done.

Yoo can do it from mobile as well just have to scroll to the very top of the conversation to see the drop down to ignore.

I know on many sites politics is something you have to opt in to see. Would probably be good here as it goes off the rails 100% of the time.

That said, election is only a day away and then we can all get along again ...

well @compuease started it and he makes the rules (i just enforce them) hehe.. I have no problem with andy kind of discussion as long as it's legal and done respectfully.. There was a few times I feel like it got close to the line but didn't cross it. IMO but to the same extent people please feel free to use the report button. And there is an ignore button also so can blank out stuff you don't want to hear!

@MrCaspan Well I think you are selling yourself short, since you are so highly paid you can make decisions equally.😉 Political discussion here is so tame compared to 2+2. Plus the I love politics thread was really to discuss the tariff war, not really about our (not great) Canadian choices.
