compuease;394953 wroteIf what you are saying is correct and you can't access your PStars from other devices in other locations with the same symptoms as you have at home then it has to be something with your account. As one final try is there anyone else you know who has PStars on that can try logging in on your laptop? There has to be something that we are missing. If you want me to have a look and prove it one way or the other you are welcome to come up to Milton. I thing you already confirmed that you can ping "pokerstars.com"? If you can I don't think it's Pokerstars itself.
no, i think you misunderstood. i cannot access pokerstars from any device (PC, cell, laptop, tablet) from my home no matter what. i can access pokerstars from these devices when i connect to other IPs. i tried my tablet and phone at work and at a friend's it was fine. i also tried using a VPN through another canadian IP and that worked as well. the problem is specifically with my IP address.
and yes i conducted those ping test from my laptop at home and they were successful.
also, thanks for the offer. i honestly might take you up on it if i get frustrated enough lol.
EDIT: also comp, it's the pokerstars website that i am having issues with. i can access the software fine. i can't access the pokerstars.com website, and i can't deposit money through the software because it connects to the website. i go through the deposit steps and it literally just stops near the end with no confirmation of a deposit being made.
