For example, I like to say that I am well aware of how bad I play, because I know that I do make plays that are sub-optimal. Not always, but I am under few illusions as to my skill level compared to others on this site.
There are other players on this site who will be quite certain that every move they make at the table is the right one, every strategy flawless, and that is who is being referenced in the link.
The article is more about self awareness, but that is just my opinion. I am sure I will be corrected shortly.

I agree with what your saying. I use the time driving to the casino to bring myself back down to earth buy trying to guess how much money I'm going to lose I also use it as a kind of mental motivation too because I know I'm not perfect even tho I think I am. The poker and sex line is funny if you always cum first you must be the best right?
