of course, that's not my issue. Have been on PS for yrs. Seriously, think about, no verification necessary for deposit. But as soon as you wont to take out, photo id and financial statements?? To some website for poker? I use mastercard gift cards for deposit because of not trusting the web, really think I would trust a sketchy poker site with my personal info>

only $18, and doesn't matter where. They will have no further discussion with me without documentation. Said I wont provide them for my own security, and that's the end of it. Told them just to refund and close my acct, but they wont do that without docs either.

Not here to belly ache over a couple of bucks, just giving everyone a heads up about policies they are currently implementing. If the seize your funds, you basically have no recourse.

If you have created an account here to complain about PS security verification you likely won't get any sympathy here, most of us have seen the worst of online poker. Stars are the best by far from that standpoint...

And these are not new policies, Stars and others have had them for years. What was the actual text of the email you got from Stars?

As I said, send me the info and it will be investigated. Were they perhaps ("shock") accusing you of multiaccounting?
