dexterx11;326186 wrotePlaynow.com is alright but you have to play tight. I have never seen so many AA, KK, QQ, JJ pockets dealt in the same hand before. This is quite regular on Playnow. If you've been dealt JJ,QQ or KK almost guaranteed someone has the AA so best wait for the flop.
This was a problem when they first opened up as EVERY hand someone would have AA.
Flushes (not flush draws but actual flushes) are also flopped every 3rd or 4th hand...guaranteed.
Alot of players have figured this out and are all in with any suited pockets. It's quite common for 7-2S to take out AA, KK etc.... if you're in for anything pre-flop be warned.
I also think the software has some kind of "limiter" built into it as well. I've noticed that after you win your 3rd tourny of the week, your hands change DRASTICALLY. After your 3rd tourney win of the week you will never see a A, K or pocket pair of any kind until weeks end on Sunday. This is on all tables, tourny, heads up or games. It's worth playing just to check this out as it is unbelievable. You really will think you're the most unlucky person in the world but then head down to the Casino and all is back to normal.
Come Sunday I think they reset everything as it all seems to go back to normal. After my 3rd tourny win of the week I now stop playing until Sunday hits.
I wouldn't say don't play on Playnow, I play there all the time, but play alot differently then you would in the Casino with real cards.
Standard conspiracy-type nonsense promoting the idea that on-line poker is somehow "rigged". No actual hard evidence to support your contention, but we should believe you because . . . why exactly?
dexterx11;326279 wroteWhat I said was it is quite common to have pocket AA, KK, QQ, JJ dealt in the same hand. It happens all the time. I have NEVER seen all AA, KK, QQ, JJ pockets dealt in the casino. 2 of the above yes, all 4.... never. On Playnow it is very regular, which to me seems fake.
Anyway I was simply throwing in my observations. I'm not slagging Play now, I play there all the time and as I said I think the tourny's are great.
I'm simply stating that in my opinion there is a significant difference between the hands dealt in a online computer game and hands dealt on a real world table.
Actually your previous post, and this one are slagging Playnow as you are promoting the idea that the game is not on the up and up in comparison to other options.
dexterx11;326292 wroteLOL. I see opinions and comments are regarded as a bad thing here. The title of the thread is "Playnow.com Positives and Negatives" is it not??
I play there because it's more about the way you play than the cards you're dealt anyway, and it's entertaining as hell.
My mistake for sharing my observations. Hope to see you on the tables.
Now you're just acting butt-hurt because someone called "shenanigans" on your earlier drivel. Yes the the thread is about positives and negatives. But what you are posting is anecdotal nonsense that could easily be disproven by going through your own hand histories and comparing the hand distribution against what is expected "randomly". If you want to say that the rake structure is too high, or % removed for tourney buy-ins is higher than privately run on-line sites, that is one thing . . . but this "on-line is rigged" crap is tiresome.
