Rivered28 Hey, first time on here, but I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with having their online poker account locked for review? It's been over a week now and I can only get through via live chat and all I get told is that the account is under review and I'll be notified when it's done. Very frustrating as I play poker almost every day and I have a decent amount of money now locked in there.
MrCaspan I've had my account reviewed before I think it was with PokerStars it took them two weeks but I think it had to do with they needed to freeze all the accounts that might be involved in someone else scamming people.. I think I got a $1.50 back when it happened haha
Rivered28 MrCaspan ah I see. Yeah, I looked up the possible reasons, but I don't fall into any of them. Like, money laundering, collusion, using AI or bots, cheating. And they will not tell me why they did it. It's been super frustrating.
