Why did I say go SEC?

You'll notice a lot of SEC teams -- seven, to be exact, a record for any conference. You'll also notice not a lot of conferences: just four are represented, the fewest ever.

Also the #10 Arkansas Razorbacks are the highest remaining seed. Coached by John Calipari, the former coach of Kentucky who beat Rick Pitino's St. John's. Rick Pitino is former coach of Kentucky (9 years - one championship) who left and controversially (for Kentucky fans) went to coach Louisville (16 years - one championship). Louisville is Kentucky's cross state rival. Pitino is the only coach with two championships with two different teams. Pinto left Louisville under a sex recruiting scandal, coached the Greek national team for a couple years and is now coaching St. John's.
