I played in the Ladies Event today. This was my first WSOP anything. Ended up in 20th for $605 on only one buy-in. Average stack size was about 10BB at that point. My TSN Turning Point was when I was crippled when A-Q << K-Q and a King hit the river. I would have had over 30 BB if I had held. I made a bit back before pushing all-in UTG+1 with A-10 offsuit and 10 BB. The big blind called off approximately 1/3 of her stack with 6-3 suited. Two 6s on the flop left me drawing very thin. The turn gave me a chance at a straight, but I didn't hit. This player ended up running over the final table. I didn't see all the action, but watched her take out 6 players in less than 2 orbits. Overall, I was happy to make the money, but it ended badly.
However, I buried the lead in this report. Our table never broke while I was there. Just before we got to the money, @Gottaget was moved to my table. She ended up at the final table and cashed in 6th spot for about $2400 I think. Congratulations Sheila!
