ISPT going to be a hit or flop?

I didn't really know full details on what they (Bernard Tapie) planned on doing to hit some of the lofty targets that have come out for the International Stadium Poker Tour over past year; now I do thanks to friends article:

I don't think this is going to work and starting structure looks brutal. The possible (and likely) collusion concerns I just don't see how they will overcome, as well as the other issues laid out in piece.

Thoughts?

    Logistically it does seem like a shit storm. I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't make it past one event.

    Typical Gallic shit-storm in the making, after which will come the Gallic shrug, and the protestations that they were trying to do "something big" for the game and. "who could have foreseen these issues" . . . well, besides EVERYONE, of course.
