No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament
Saturday, May 28th - 2:00pm
(doors open at 1:00pm)

$40 Freezeout - 32 player max
(no re-buys, no add-ons)

1st place - 45%
2nd place - 25%
3rd place - 15%
4th place - 10%
5th place - 5%

(If we get less than 20 players, we'll use a 50/25/15/10 split.)

Time-table

1pm : Doors open!
2pm : TOURNAMENT BEGINS!!
~5:30 : One hour supper break. (BBQ available)
~6:30 : Tournament resumes!
?? : Jour de Poker 3 Champion is crowned!

NOTE: My apologies for Brent in scheudling this the same day as his WSOP Satellite Event. I've been holding off on the announcement of this as long as possible, so that this doesn't interfere with his tournament. If you're looking for an excellent tournament and want to win a seat to the ACTUAL WSOP, I highly recommend his event!!

This event will serve as my warm-up to the KWSOP. We'll be using the chip-count and blind schedule of the event.

Each player will receive 10,000 chips for their $40 buyin. You are eliminated from the tourney when you lose all your chips. The tourney will not stop, except for short breaks and a supper break, until one player holds all the chips. That player will be declared the 1st place finisher. The last player eliminated will be the 2nd place finisher, the second last player eliminated will be the 3rd place finisher, etc..

Late players: If you know you're going to be late, please phone and a seat and chips will be set out for you and you will post blinds and fold until you arrive. Players that are late that haven't let me know will give up their seat to the next player on the waiting list. If there's no one left on the waiting list, late players may buy into the tournament during the first two blinds levels, but must immediately post the big and small blind if the blinds have passed them.

The tournament will last approximately 8 hours. Seating is limited to 32 players. (8 max tables) Please reserve your seat in advance!!

On Friday night, I'll be hosting a casual evening of poker, including running Satellites into Jour de Poker 3! Feel free to come on out.
