Winholdem/Poker Bot Online Cheaters User Ids

If they're stupid enough to buy, use poker cheat software and then to post about it, I might as well publish they're online IDs (obtained from winholdem support). They appear to be primarily focused on the site Party Poker. If you know any of the following people or have more information please contact me via email (link at my blog) and I will publish it at my poker blogs http://mypokerroom.blogspot.com  and post it  here as well as to the recpoker and twoplustwo forums after I verify it:

Oh my god!!!  That is SO not me ....... I'm not white rabbit on any gaming site.  Thanks for realizing it couldn't be me...... phew!
  • so how can you do this is there such thing as cheats online if so could you give me some

Huh? Are you asking for online cheats, Cole? I wouldn't recommend that here.
  • Based on my pokertracker stats, I would say there is a 99% probability (IMO) that WHITERABBIT on the party/empire skins is a bot and part of a collusion team at the 15-30 LHE level.
  • I may be totaly wrong, but from what I can see so far is it looks like the bots are limited to "limit" games.

Is this wrong? Do I need to check out more of the users?
  • This has got me a little hot under the collar... Does anyone know:

    A) The range of limits these so-called "bots" play at? (I play 1-2 to 3-6 so would like to avoid them)
    B) What the sites are doing to combat this crap?
    C) If there is anyway to detect, from our side, if someone is in fact a bot?
  • thankfully the winbot site itself tells you what sites the bot *won't* work on..or sites to avoid if you're looking to use the bot.

cole, where you serious asking for the cheats?

My guess would be lower limits where ABC poker is all that is needed to turn a profit. Probably programmed in Lee Jones recommended starting hands selection (lol) . I think bots would get killed at higher limits and that pros would actually welcome them at a 10 seat table. As for "no limit" I can't see how a bot wouldn't hemorrage money for the offending account.

Reminds me of the episode where Data learns to play poker on Start Trek The Next Generation.

DATA: The bets will give an indication of the relative strengths of each hand.

O'BRIEN: (with a wink to Riker) Time to pluck a pigeon.

Come to think of it Data with time becomes the ultimate poker bot.
  • Thanks for this post, it's sad people resort to this kind of thing...but looking at their forum it's nice to see the poker sites are very aggressive in their discipline with these people. It'll be interesting to check these names out in my poker tracker db.

  • It's not bad enough that I have to battle lunatic players, freaky flops and river chasers...... now I have to worry about collusion with bots!!! I never really wanted a B&M casino downtown, (too much of a temptation for me) but now I'm starting to think it's not a bad idea.
  • Am I the only one who thinks that Party makes enough off rake that they don't have to rip off low limit games?????
  • It's not the companies that are using the bots Hammer, It's ordinary people downloading this crap and than setting it loose on the sites apparently...
  • Ahhhhh, that makes more sense. Thanks.
