Quads AND trips in one hand??!

So I hit this hand last May for play money on WSOP. Totally inconsequential by the river but the money did end up getting shipped in at the end and buddy had the other ace! Anyone wanna run the numbers on this? I've never hit a royal flush but this seems like pretty crazy odds too, I'd be interested to see what the comparative chances are.
