is there comfort knowing you lost to a clueless donkey?..probably not...me?..utg i shove my 20 bb in...other alternative?...shove all in when he donk bet with bottom pair.......you lose cause probably he calls., but if you shoved pre, he probably folds..or one would think he would fold 4/2 to an utg shove..and you win..

You got the money in as a sizeable favourite, i wouldn't over analyze it.

I dont like to min-raise in general but it isnt like that flop was all that scary, and as it played out you convinced a pair of deuces to call... If you can see all the cards you have to love being called there.

Just an unfortunate river card, thats all!

Few other thoughts

Since this is clearly a tourney, you've been playing with these guys a while. The guy that called you called your raise with 2-4. Most times we are very happy thinking that people are donkey players and that they are mentally deficient. What has your play / image been saying to others - assuming basic competence - that makes him okay with that call pre-post flop?

Also, min raises still cause cancer.

Probably would have been best to fold on the flop. That is the first point that you could fold after you realized that (a) you were playing on Pokerstars, and (b) there was a chance that you were going to get all your chips in against someone that had you covered.

(Obviously sarcastic, but it seems like the larger stack wins more than their fair share.)

Not a fan of the min raise either. Sometimes I just don't care if I am giving away the strength of my hand. The utg raise is already providing the table with info. It is cheap to see that flop when you are the bb and he should have a pretty good read on your holding (well maybe not him). Sometimes you gotta be happy with just the blinds and antes.

Like Bfill said you did get it in good and he totally lucked out.
